THE ANCIENT FOREST

GODDESS OF FORESTS POWERS, WEAPONS AND ABILITIES

Have you ever heard of a Dryad?

Have you ever heard of a Dryad? A Dryad is a fairy creature, a forest spirit, that is actually part of a tree. They cannot stray far from their tree and can seduce a man with a glance.

Well, the Goddess of Forests is similar to such, only she does not have to stay with one tree. After a few hundred or so years, she changes into a tree and takes up roots to restore her youth and beauty.

Within the forests she has many abilities. She can control the wind the trees, the earth below, the vines and underbrush, and the waters in the streams. She can cause a vine to wrap around an unsuspecting man. She can cause the winds to blow and chase men away. She can cause the waters to rush and overflow, carrying men away on the currents.

She also can control the creatures of the forest. She can command them to do her bidding. She can make a flock of birds attack a man. She can make the fish jump at her will.

As beautiful as any flower in the forest, her skin is a pale golden color, her hair the color of russet leaves fallen from the trees in Autumn. She is 5'3" inches in human form. She has green eyes. She can transform into a green dragon, or any other forest dwelling animal.

But her magic only works in the Forests, or near a tree. She can still turn herself into a green dragon or a bird, but she cannot control the wind on the open plain or in a castle. The forest is her power. As for her origins, who knows. She has always been and always will be. Immortal. And lonely. For she has never known the love of a man.

Her special abilities would be her power over the forces of nature in the forests. Also there is the green dragon form, which allows her to fly and use her dragon claws for attack. In human form she has no other magic except to call the beasts of the forest.
